We are looking for a new manager for our Prepare program

About the position

As the manager of the Prepare program, you will work with individuals who are about to start – or have just started – a new innovative company. Typically, you will be their first point of contact with Inkubera, and you will serve as an early sounding board for idea development and prospecting business ideas. You will also lead the seminar-based workshops that are a central part of the Prepare program.

Some of the companies will advance to our next step, the Startup program. Your evaluation of the companies' potential will be significant in determining who gets that opportunity. Based on the needs you identify for the companies, you will also match them with the business coach who will support them during their continued development journey with us.

You will also be involved in other types of tasks and projects that Inkubera is part of or drives. This often means that you will need to provide business support and guide them further in the regional business support system, which involves many people and organizations.

The position places high demands on your ability to network, work independently, take initiative, and collaborate. Many tasks you will perform independently, while others will be supported by experienced colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

You have worked in a startup or growth company and understand the challenges and opportunities that distinguish these companies from more established ones. You do not need to have been a founder, but you should have been part of the growth journey – close to the business, sales, market, and technology.

You have strong analytical skills and can quickly grasp the challenges and opportunities that are central to new business ventures. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of and experience with various business development tools (such as Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas).
